Since I earned an Associate's Degree in IT, the websites I design are in compliance with the W3C's recommendations. Pages are certified XHTML, in compliance with the XHTML 1.0 transitional specification and formatted with CSS in accordance with the CSS 2 or CSS 3 specifications. These constraints make the code's semantic value come out from the pages and guarantee universality. Rendering is fine whatever is the client's configuration (display resolution, browser, operating system).

This website uses Javascript to manage a portion of the display including notification messages. However, if Javascript were disabled in your browser, the main features would remain available and your surfing would not be disrupted. That is also accessibility.
